James Machine Works provides professional shop fabrication services in Louisiana and surrounding Southern states. Our 140,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility is equipped to handle projects of any size, including pressure vessels, tanks, and industrial equipment.
Advanced Fabrication Capabilities
Our shop uses state-of-the-art automated equipment to deliver precise, high-quality fabrication, including:
- CNC Plasma Cutting Tables for custom shapes, cones, compression rings, and more
- Plate rolling for materials up to 1 1/2″ thick and 10′ wide
- Hydraulic press brakes for forming cones and transitions
- Angle iron forming rolls for all sizes, including pipe coils and heavy bar
Welding & Assembly Expertise
We offer a wide range of welding and assembly processes tailored to customer requirements and metallurgy standards, including:
- Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) for longitudinal and circumferential seams
- GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTW, and EGW welding methods
- Turning rolls for proper manipulation and fit-up during assembly
